In 2023, everything changed.
After a wildly successful first year in business - where things felt fun, light, and effortless - I hit a wall. I started comparing myself to other coaches. I forced strategies that didn’t feel right. I cringed at my own content, deleted posts, and tied my worth to engagement. I was emotionally burnt out and questioning everything.
I almost walked away from the online space completely. But instead? I chose to rebuild - from the inside out.
I stopped looking outside myself. I returned to my Human Design.
I learned to create strategy that supported me, instead of suffocating me.
And everything shifted.
I went from one client to a booked-out calendar. From doubt and burnout to clarity and calm. I booked 12 sessions in a single week after months of silence. I hit my highest income month - without overworking.
But more importantly?
My business finally felt like mine again.
Now, everything I teach comes from lived experience - the launches that flopped, the moments I lost myself, and the success I had to redefine for myself.
Business by Design was born from that turning point. Because this work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been - and building from there.
